Book Arts Fair 2016 – Sat, July 16 – Reminder!

We hope you will join us on Saturday, July 16, anytime from 10am to 1pm.

This year is our fourth annual Book Arts Fair! Up to 18 book artists and book arts suppliers will be showcasing and selling their works. There will be book arts demonstrations, too.

bookartsfair4

It’s a wonderful opportunity to be inspired and influenced by talented local book artists and perhaps even to own a precious item that took much skill and passion to create.

Book arts may seem a small niche; but within its world, there is a wide variety! At this  fair, you’ll be able to meet bookbinders, printmakers, calligraphers, photographers, letterpress printers, authors, paper artists, illustrators and altered book artists.

This is a free event open to the public at the Vancouver Public Library (central library in Vancouver downtown), lower level in the combined Peter Kaye and Alma VanDusen rooms.
