Brigitte Potter-Mael at UBC Beaty Biodiversity Museum

Currently exhibiting at UBC’s Beaty Biodiversity Museum are “Brigitte Potter-Mael’s delicate watercolours and striking woodcuts, as well as Proverbial Botany, a collaborative piece with sound artist Andreas Kahre. The works are inspired by plants from the landscapes of Lone Valley, Germany and British Columbia.”

The exhibit continues until September 4, 2016.

If you would like to experience making a botanical scroll, join Brigitte Potter-Mael in making a giant botanical scroll in a two hour workshop is held Saturday,  July 30, 2016 from 2-4pm. Please register online. Workshop is free with museum admission or membership.

In Vancouver, additional Brigitte Potter-Mael’s art works are also available at Malaspina Printmakers (Granville Island) and Full Circle Art Collective.
